Job Overview

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree Required if under 4 years experience
MUST have Customer Sales (NOT CARRIER SALES) of 3PL / FTL Services – it is ok for one to have Carrier Sales and LTL, as long as they their FTL sales outweigh the other
Must have 1+ years experience, and seeking up to about 20 years experience (as long as they are non-managerial)
MUST NOT be a job hopper

Simplified Search / Need to know Info:

3PL / FTL / Truckload / non-asset Customer Sales
Must have non-asset experience
Not seeking carrier sales individual or LTL – this is an inside sales / Account Executive / Account Representative / Account Management role primarily focused in FTL. It’s ok if the person does have carrier sales and/or LTL, but his/her experience in FTL customer sales MUST outweigh their carrier sales and LTL experience.
Not seeking a “Manager” of people
Need to know if they have a non-compete and what the details are
Must be able to carry some book of business over
Candidate MUST NOT be a job hopper or we will pass immediately
