Job Overview

Job Duration: 12 Months +
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and personable support for County staff
• Deploy hardware and software, as required
• Complete hardware counts
• Collect hardware from County buildings and offices
• Complete training as assigned
• Work effectively with minimal supervision
• Work in a team to complete projects, as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• Fundamental understanding and ability to support intermediate level activities in Windows 10
• 6 months of experience with PC, mobile, and printer deployment (installation, configuration,
troubleshooting, software installation, imaging, etc.)
• Effective listening skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a professional environment with a staff of various levels (from new hire to
executive)
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Ability to listen and follow both oral and written instructions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
