In addition to the skills listed on the attachment the person must have excellent communication skills, excellent documentation as well as the following:

Monitoring system performance (tuning) and analysis
Troubleshooting system hardware/software including issue resolution with posting to the report repository
PeopleSoft system requirements
Build new domains (PIA), configure app server, web server, and process scheduler.
Fine-tune app server for performance.
Setup Integration Broker within the application.
Bring down/up the application when the database is rebooted; Bounce app server, web server and clear cache
