Submit every referral through your partner link before or at the time of introduction. Referrals that are not registered do not qualify for a fee. Registration takes 60 seconds.

Never Mention Your Fee
Your referral fee is a private arrangement between you and TSG. Never mention it to the company you are introducing. Keep the introduction professional and focused on how TSG can help them.

Special Note
Can Government or School District Employees Join?
Yes — with one important distinction.
Referring companies to TSG is 100% legal and TSG actively works with government agencies, school districts, and public institutions. Current government employees can absolutely participate in the Gold Network — as long as they are referring private companies.
For example, if you work for a school district or government agency but you know someone at Exxon, a hospital, or any private business that needs to hire — referring that private company to TSG is fully permitted and you earn your referral fee just like anyone else.
The only restriction is this: current government or school district employees cannot refer their own employer or agency to TSG. That creates a conflict of interest under Texas ethics rules and disqualifies the referral.
Former government employees, retired administrators, consultants, and private-sector contacts have no restrictions whatsoever.
Your government job does not disqualify you. Only referring your own employer does.

QUESTION 1: Do I need sales or recruiting experience?
ANSWER 1: No. You do not sell anything and you do not recruit anyone. Your only role is making a warm introduction to a company that needs to hire. TSG handles every single thing after that. No experience of any kind is required.
QUESTION 2: When do I get paid?
ANSWER 2: Direct hire bonuses are paid within 30 days of the candidate's confirmed start date. Recurring referral income is paid monthly or quarterly within 15 days of invoice collection from the client.
QUESTION 3: How do I get paid?
ANSWER 3: By ACH direct deposit or check — whichever you prefer. A signed partner agreement must be on file before any payment is issued.
QUESTION 4: What if the company signs but never places a job order?
ANSWER 4: Referral fees are triggered when the company becomes an active client — meaning a job order is placed and billing begins. A signed contract alone does not trigger payment. This protects everyone and ensures the program stays fair.
QUESTION 5: Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
ANSWER 5: No. There is absolutely no cap. The more companies you refer and the more active they are, the more you earn. One referral can generate income for months or years.
QUESTION 6: Can I refer more than one company?
ANSWER 6: Absolutely. You can refer as many companies as you like. Each active client generates income independently and there is no limit to how many you can have.
QUESTION 7: How do I register a referral?
ANSWER 7: Use your personal partner link to submit the company name, contact name, and your relationship to them — before or at the time of introduction. This timestamps your referral and protects your fee. If it is not registered it does not qualify, so always register first.
QUESTION 8: What if my contact is not ready to hire right now?
ANSWER 8: That is perfectly fine. Register the referral now, make the introduction, and let TSG stay in touch. When that company is ready to hire TSG will already have the relationship — and you will still get credit for the referral.
QUESTION 9: Is this like an MLM?
ANSWER 9: No. There are no downlines, no recruitment quotas, no products to sell, and no one you need to bring into the program. You simply introduce a company to TSG and get paid when they hire through us. That is the entire program.
