Job Overview

Job Summary
• The VP of Finance will support the Regional President by recommending and
driving regional financial strategies, objectives and policies.
• Supports initiatives driven down from the National level CFO
• Analyzes data and designs reports that summarize & forecast critical trends
• Responsible to ensure pro- active financial processes that drive accurate, quality
decisions and business results
• Directs preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals, and prepares
necessary supporting documentation and justification
• Oversees processes and actions to ensure effective inventory management
• Participates/Advises in strategic business planning
• Supports acquisitions
• Evaluates, recommends & participates in introduction of new
programs/strategies/practices to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements
• 8 plus years of experience in general accounting/finance areas
• Experience supporting manufacturing business environment
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial statement
preparation
• Experience with: Acquisitions, CapEx evaluation, GAAP, cost accounting,
inventory management, forecasting and budgeting
